Each plan includes detailed running workouts with specific paces, distances, and progressions to keep you moving toward your goals.

2. Race Strategy & Nutrition Advice

Get expert guidance on pacing, fueling, and hydration strategies to help you feel confident and prepared on race day.

3. Monthly Feedback Memo

Receive feedback at the end of each month on your training progress, based on your running data and performance trends. Includes regular email check-ins and ongoing support to help you stay on track and reach your goals.

ELITE PLAN

($95/month)

2. Running Form Evaluation

Submit a 1–2 minute video of your running, and receive personalized feedback on your posture and stride to help you run more efficiently.

3. Warm-Up & Cross-Training Guidance

Supplement your training with dynamic warm-ups, mobility routines, and cross-training exercises to improve overall strength and reduce injury risk.

4. Race Strategy & Nutrition Advice

Get expert guidance on pacing, fueling, and hydration strategies to help you feel confident and prepared on race day.

5. Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls

Check in every two weeks via phone or video call to review your training progress, analyze key metrics, and adjust your plan as needed.
