Your running form is the foundation on which your running is built. We can help evaluate your stride for maximum performance and efficiency.

Workout feedback and analysis
You’ll never be alone on your running journey. We’ll check in every other week to go over your runs, cross-training, and how you’re feeling about your training.

Race strategies
Thinking about shaving time off your personal best? We’ll help you find ways to chip off time, from pacing and fueling to analyzing the race route together.

2. Receive Your Personalized Training Plan
Next, you’ll receive a customized training plan featuring specific runs, distances, and paces. Each workout will be tailored to fit your work and family commitments, your current fitness level, and your running goals.
3. Run Your Best
We’ll be with you every step of the way. Through regular check-ins, we’ll track your progress and adjust your workouts as needed. And when race day comes, we’ll be there to celebrate as you run your best yet.
Meet the Coach
Hi, I am Matthew Moo. I work in higher education consulting, advising universities on their financial aid strategies. When I am not behind my desk, you can usually find me running along the Chicago lakefront.
I am also a certified running coach through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and the founder of Millennial Miles. I started Millennial Miles because I want to help busy professionals like you achieve their running goals. Running has consistently shown me the best of humanity, and I hope it does the same for you. My goal is to help you be as prepared as possible so you can fully experience all the good that running has to offer.
